We are committed to putting people at the centre so that everyone can contribute with their talent and professionalism to the achievement of our University's strategic objectives. This space offers food for thought to know, train and orient people’s skills through their active involvement. Opportunities for reflection to discover or rediscover one's heritage of skills, capable of offering new potential and new expectations, and to become protagonists of one's own life and work from a life carrier development perspective.

This section contains internal and external training courses, selected as per requests and needs of the staff.
Their main goal is to acquire skills useful for work or ongoing professional growth, in the perspective of lifelong learning.
Most of the courses in this area are open to everyone and have no time limit, while others are specific for certain staff categories. These courses are activated cyclically throughout the year and must be booked in advanced.

This section is dedicated to international training courses in English on topics such as leadership and smart working.

A nice opportunity to practice and increase one's language skills and a specific focus on the topic of inclusiveness concerning some of our training proposals.

In this space, we offer courses and experiences in the creative, artistic and sporting fields, to improve mental and physical well-being and empowerment. Recreational opportunities for the development of a positive-oriented culturein which it is possible to discover and make the best use of one's own abilities, energy and potential, valuable weapons for dealing with the various situations in life, not only professional. We want to keep this section open, with no time or access limits, so that anyone can find a small corner of psycho-physical refreshment.
